QuestLife (“QuestLife”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a gamified habit-tracking mobile application developed and operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over it. We only collect the data needed to run the game and your account. Specifically:
QuestLife may offer optional paid features in the future. If you make a purchase, the transaction is handled by Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive confirmation of your purchase and entitlement status, but we never receive or store your full payment card details. This feature is not active in the current version.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers (“sub-processors”) that are necessary to operate QuestLife, and only to the extent required:

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the public.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account (see “Your Rights” below), your account and associated personal data are permanently removed from our live systems immediately. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. We may retain a minimal amount of information for longer only where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.
Your data is stored and processed on our providers’ cloud infrastructure, which may be located in a country different from your own (for example, the United States or the European Union). Where data is transferred internationally, our providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it.

You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app: open Profile → Delete Account, then confirm. For any other request, or to delete your account without using the app, see our Account & Data Deletion page or email axiosyn@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
We protect your information using industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and row-level access controls that ensure each user can only access their own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
QuestLife is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at axiosyn@gmail.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. Your continued use of QuestLife after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
