Delete Your QuestLife Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your QuestLife account and the personal data associated with it. QuestLife is developed and operated by an independent developer. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the QuestLife app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Forever.

Your account and all associated data are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email axiosyn@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.

To protect your account, we may take steps to verify that the request comes from the account owner. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when done.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all personal data tied to it, including:

Your account and login credentials (email and hashed password).
Your profile — username, avatar, and selected character class.
All habits and quests you created and your completion history.
All in-game progress — level, XP, character stats, streaks, coins, diamonds, equipment, potions, achievements, and encounter / dungeon progress.
Your app preferences and any locally stored data on your device.

What may be retained, and for how long

Encrypted backups	Purged within 30 days
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax / transaction records, if you ever made a purchase)	Only as long as required by law, then deleted
